Solar panels

We are in the motion of moving when the subject of solar panels has stopped us in our tracks. 7 years ago we got our panels fitted by a company called lightscoure. It was one of these we rent your roof deals which cost nothing but we got electric free. Well we decided to move this year and got a moving date 31st August. Then the problems started the panels now controlled by a firm called EAMS wouldn't transfer the ownership over so I offered to buy them which I was informed was the way forward.
Now EAMS do not like being contacted, if you phone them it is leave a message and we will get back (they don't) Drop them an email and about 14 days later they will reply. Anyhow they informed us on the 7th November that we now didn't need to buy them as the deal had finished and we could have them!!!! And the paperwork would be sent to us on the 8th November.
Well it's now the 30rd November and nothing has happened.
I have since found out that the owners of the panels are a firm called LIGHTSOURCE BP who despite emails don't seem to like replying and are holding it all up
So our ideas of spending the last of the summer beside the coast has gone and now it seems like we are not going to be in for Christmas.
Has anyone got any ideas or had the same problem. I really don't believe that EAMS/LIGHTSOURCE has any customer service
