sick pay and holidays

hi there hope someone can advise
in full time employmet, 40hrs per week, my co holidays run from jan-dec
with our allowance i have to keep 3 days back to cover christmas as the company is closed down for the week over christmas and new year
as i will be on the sick all through dec, i still have in total 7 days to take, thats the 3 days req for xmas so that takes it down to 4 days the company owes me, will i get paid for this and how will effect ssp and also universal credits if my co pays me 
also i have notified universal credit that i will be getting a months ssp end of nov and mid of dec, this will take me over my allowance even though its 2 months ssp combined into 1 assesment as most payrolls for dec is done early
