T&Cs

1.    The Promoter
1.1    The promoter is: Prezzo Trading Limited, whose registered office is at 116 Upper Street, London, England, N1 1QP (“Prezzo”).
2.    The Competition 
2.1    The title of the competition is “2023 Prezzo Christmas Competition” (the “Competition”).
2.2    The Competition will entitle the entrant to a chance of winning one of the following prizes:
(a)    250 sets of Cineworld tickets for groups of 4, provided courtesy of Cineworld;
(b)    3 x Illy X7.1 Iperespresso - Capsules Coffee Machines, provided courtesy of Illy;
(c)    1x Champneys spa break for 2, provided courtesy of Champneys;
(d)    6 x £50 Uber Eats vouchers, provided courtesy of Uber Eats;
(e)    5 x Poretti hampers (£150 value each), Including Italian food, Poretti Bottles and merchandise and a £100 Prezzo voucher, provided courtesy of Poretti;
(f)    1 x one month's supply of Kind bars (3x boxes of 12 bars), provided courtesy of Kind;
(g)    1 x weekend break to Venice. Including Return flights to Venice from a U.K. airport and 2 x nights in a hotel. No transfers included. Provided courtesy of Joe Delucci's; and
(h)    1x Prezzo £10,000 cash prize 
(each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”).
3.    Eligibility
3.1    The Competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except: 
(a)    employees of Prezzo or any of the Partners (or any of their respective group companies); 
(b)    anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the Competition; and
(c)    any close relatives of anyone falling within clause 3.1(a) or 3.1(b).
3.2    By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to claim any Prize you may win. Prezzo may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
3.3    Prezzo will not accept Competition entries that are:
(a)    damaged, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(b)    photocopies and not originals; 
(c)    automatically generated; 
(d)    completed by third parties or in bulk, or;
(e)    incomplete
and Prezzo accepts no responsibility for the same.
3.4    Prezzo reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
3.5    Competition entries cannot be returned.
3.6    Prezzo accepts no responsibility for lost Competition entries.
4.    How to enter
4.1    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition.
4.2    The Competition will run from 12am on 14 November 2023 (the "Opening Date") to midnight on 19 December 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
4.3    All Competition entries must be received by Prezzo (either online or by staff at a participating branch) by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Prezzo accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or not received for whatever reason.
4.4    To enter the Competition you need to:
4.4.1    For in-branch online entries (at participating branches only): 
(a)    complete the online entry form (the “Entry Form”) via the QR code provided at your table.
(b)    where completing the Entry Form:
(i)    provide us with your name, address and email address; 
(ii)    tick the boxes contained within the Entry Form confirming that:
(A)    you wish to be entered into the Competition; and
(B)    you have read and you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
4.4.2    For online entries: 
(a)    visit Prezzo’s website at the link and complete the Entry Form.
(b)    where completing the Entry Form:
(i)    provide us with your name, address and email address; 
(ii)    tick the boxes contained within the Entry Form confirming that:
(A)    you wish to be entered into the Competition; and
(B)    you have read and you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
4.5    Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.6    By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.7    Prezzo may publicise the Competition on third-party social media platforms. Prezzo makes no representation, warranty or commitment in respect of the same and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the content or use of, or correspondence with, any such third-party platforms or websites. Prezzo recommends that you refer to the relevant third party's website terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to use. Prezzo does not endorse or approve any third-party platform/website nor the content of any of such platforms/websites and the Competition is in no way affiliated with nor sponsored by the same.
5.    The Prizes
5.1    All Prizes are subject to availability and there is no cash or credit alternative for any Prize.
5.2    Prezzo reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice.
5.3    Prizes are not transferable.
5.4    Prize details are provided by the Partners. Prezzo is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied by any of the Partners.
5.5    Prizes are supplied by the Partners. Prezzo is not responsible for any failure by any of the Partners to supply their respective Prize(s).
5.6    Prezzo’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.    Winner selection
6.1    One winner (a “Winner”) will be randomly selected for each available Prize, via a computer-generated randomiser. A limit of one Prize per Winner applies.
6.2    The winners (the “Winners”) will be chosen at random within 5 business days after the Closing Date (the “Selection Date”).
6.3    The Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided by them in their Entry Form, within 5 business days of the Selection Date (the “Notification Date”). If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Prezzo reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible received entries.
6.4    Prezzo’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7.    Claiming the Prize
7.1    The Winners will have 14 business days from the Notification Date to claim their Prize. The date on which a Winner claims their Prize shall be the “Acceptance Date”. If a Winner does not respond via email (to the email address used by Prezzo to notify the Winner) within this time, Prezzo reserves the right to select another Winner at random from the eligible entries received. 
7.2    The Prizes will be sent to the Winners once the Winners have claimed their respective Prizes, and no later than 28 business days after the relevant Acceptance Date.
7.3    Prezzo does not accept any responsibility or any Winner who is not able to claim their Prize.
7.4    The Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on any Winner’s behalf.
8.    Winner announcements
8.1    Prezzo must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place . To comply with this obligation, Prezzo will publish the surname and county of the Winners for one month following the Notification Date. If you object to either your surname or county being published, please contact Prezzo at onecall@prezzo.co.uk. In such circumstances, Prezzo must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8.2    Prezzo may request that the Winners take part in publicity by Prezzo in relation to the Competition, either on third-party social media platforms or its own website. In connection therewith, you understand that Prezzo may publish your name, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county), and Prezzo may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest) association with the Competition and/or the Prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Competition.  If you object to your details being published, please contact Prezzo at onecall@prezzo.co.uk.
9.    Limitation of liability 
9.1    Insofar as is permitted by law, Prezzo, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming any Prize except where caused by the negligence of Prezzo, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10.    Data protection and publicity
10.1    Personal information will be processed by Prezzo only as set out in its Privacy Policy available at: https://www.prezzorestaurants.co.uk/privacy-policy/. See also clause 8.1 regarding the announcement of Winners. 
11.    General
11.1    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Prezzo may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
11.2    Prezzo reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants by Prezzo as soon as practicable.
11.3    The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
