Salary Sacrifice EV question?

I'm getting nowhere with either the lease company or my employer (i think because I'm not speaking directly to payroll).

We're looking to order an EV through our company's EV car scheme, and my employer will also pass on 50% of their NI contribution to me. 

Does anyone know whether this is added to my pay, or is built into the original quote?

Only your employer can answer that specific query.
The 50% employer NI that is passed on to you will increase your take home pay, but only the employer can confirm whether that is already considered in the cost forecasts that they make.

The employers NI payment will reduce as your gross wage has gone down. As they've agreed to give you half of that saving, the employer will deal with that. The car lease company will have no involvement. As Grumpy says, you should speak to your employer. My educated guess is that it will be added to your gross salary as an additional payment, then subject to normal tax.
