Hey guys!

I haven't seen a recent thread of Accord's mortgage application timeline so thought I'd start one.

I am a first-time buyer applying for an 85% LTV mortgage.

Offer accepted - 26th October 
Accord Mort. Application submitted - 31st October
Property valuation - 6th November

Would be great to get insight from others on their processes!
