Thanks try not to worry sometimes we only read and see the worst things but I do understand when moving from incapacity to ESA it was meant to be easy and simple but turned into something many wasn't expecting but people soon started to understand and change the outcome of the process to eventually getting money owed backdated through that process but it probably cost more in the long run for the DWP than they had anticipated. And what they don't mention is a lot of people don't have income related ESA so those people won't see much change for contribution related ESA so as I understand it once managed migration starts they will pay you the equivalent of PIP premium to replace existing premiums because nobody should see a loss of income just because they are asked to move over. The tribunal courts would be full of complaints. As for the descriptors nothing is law yet just proposal stage a lot of charities are already raising their own concerns for their members. A judge has already demanded all the information about moving people across safely so they must deal with courts first.
