Unsuitable label autogenerated for return postage

The seller accepted return of the damaged in transit item. The item is bulky and heavy and needs to be sent by Parcel Force as it is about 15kg. The postage label that I can get from return item page (automatically generated) reads "Tracked 48" and 0-2kg. This basically will not do. I paid initially £14 for postage. How to sort this out? There is also an option for QR code to be scanned by RM.

Phone ebay and explain that the label supplied is not suitable.
