Switching rules

So I've read the basic information here: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts/#switch

For Lloyds it says: You can't have had switch cash from Lloyds or Halifax since April 2020.

I assume that means the previous switch date and it's ok if the account was closed after then?
I previously opened a Lloyds account (I'm sure I switched) in October 2019 but closed the account in April 2022. So assume I can do it again?

BTW Clearscore credit report app is excellent for giving info on when had bank accounts in case people didn't know!

Best bet for this, and any other offer, is to read the bank's own offer terms, rather than relying on a journalist's (re)interpretation of them, but yes, such provisions typically relate to when an incentive was received previously rather than when the account was closed....
