Tax credit overpayment - not the usual question

Due to a pay rise last year I ended up with am overpayment, and owe around £500.
When are they likely to send me the letter confirming and asking me to pay it back? I've the money set aside but thought they might have been quicker in asking for it back.
I'm no longer eligible for TC due to earnings and only one dependent child and will not be entitled to UC either. My account showed the my claim was automatically renewed early August (no payments due) but had nothing in the post. Not sure if the ongoing transition to UC has slowed it down or if this is normal.

I'm in nearly exactly the same position although I owe a little more. I rang a few weeks ago and was told that I would get a notice to repay later this year - probably November, and at that point I should contact the repayment helpline on 0345 302 1429 to either arrange to pay a lump sum, or a repayment plan or a mix as appropriate. Hope that helps
