We purchased a free standing Beko in Jan 2022.
The oven does not work and the hob stopped igniting at the same time.
It has also started to rust.
Do we have any rights?

Does the oven light work? If not have you checked the fuse in the plug?0

Given the time that has passed then you'll need to prove to the retailer that the oven is inherently faulty. If the retailer accepts that proof they should give you a repair(probably) or partial refund.
The retailer or manufacturer might offer a warranty but that is separate from your consumer rights.
First port of call is to.speak to the retailer then come back and let us know what they say.0 -
If it's out of warranty, could we pursue the rust? Do we deal with retailers or BekoLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

Your consumer rights are with the retailer. You'll needto prove the faults are inherent as I mentioned above.
Your warranty could be supplied by either the retailer or the manufacturer. Is check the paperwork.0
