I'm looking to buy a jack for a 2021 suzuki swift but all I can find on ebay is up until 2017 so I don't know what have changed after 2017 so if anyone has a suzuki swift after 2017 would if be possible to take a photo of the jack.

Just buy a generic one..
Many cars have not been supplied with jacks for years. As all you get the the tyre gunk if you have a puncture.Life in the slow lane0 -
Does it have a spare wheel? It's almost certainly just a puncture repair kid (can of tyre weld and a compressor) so there won't be an official jack after 2017.

They've always fitted all my other cars with no problem. You just need to make sure that the jack is rated for the vehicle weight - though even then I'd be surprised if any jack couldn't manage to lift a Swift. And of course, you're not lifting the whole weight of the vehicle. Perhaps it may be different if you were talking about a massive off-roader that weighs 2 or 3 tons, but I really would have thought that any generic jack would be fine.1

Try eBay, you can probably get the spare wheel as well.
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Looks bog-standard to me - certainly the same as every jack I've ever had over the years. As others have said, I'd be very surprised if you couldn't find one on Amazon, eBay, any online (or bricks & mortar) spares supplier - maybe even your local scrapyard if you happen to have one within easy reach.
