YBS - is there print/evidence of online transfer request

I have just requested a transfer from virgin to ybs (over 85) This is a partial tfer that also requires a wait for maturity and I have no evidence or proof of what I've asked them to do. I have looked but can't see anything within my account and have nothing on email. Have I missed something or do I just wait and hope for the best?

You should contact Virgin and check how it’s been requested.

I think perhaps I will do that. Seems odd not to have any record though if all goes well it doesn't matter I suppose
