For the tsb 5 and 20 monthly transactions to get the £75 and £5 cashback can you fund an isa multiple times with your tsb debit card. Would that count as eligible transactions?

Topping up an ISA by debit card counts towards the 5 and 20 monthly transactions, you can also top up some non-ISA savings accounts by debit card. See:
