Can't get hold of company to return items - please help :(

I recently ordered two items from Sofa Skins (sofa-skins.com) to breathe new life into two older pieces of furniture.

However the items arrived and (1) they don't fit properly, despite me measuring as per the dimensions on the website, and (2) the quality is not very good at all.

I have tried contacting the company using the various email addresses I've been able to find on their website, plus the 'live chat' which I don't think is actually a live chat at all!

I can't find any phone number or returns postal address.

Because they haven't replied to any of my communications, I've now passed the 30 days returns period stated on their website.

Does anyone have any advice/help on how I can progress with this and get the refund?

I didn't buy the items using a credit card - I used a debit card (via PayPal).

I'm very much starting to believe that the company is fraudulent.

Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer!

You could look into the Chargeback process (although I'm not sure if that's possible when using Paypal as an intermediary in the process).

I think you're going to have to dispute through Paypal and hope they'll help.

PP is 180 days, cards 120. PP in reality mirrors card schemes.
