Hi, I have looked up the title summary for the property I am buying, it lists restrictive covenants in the Charges Registry. They are not detailed, it says "copy filed". Where will these be filed? How do I get a copy?
Thanks

The details will be in the deed or conveyance mentioned.
As the LR has a copy of this filed you can get it by post for £7.00 using form OC2
