Hi,
I am a non-resident British citizen (living in Asia). I purchase Vanguard ETFs (usually VWRL) in GBP on the London stock exchange. The ETF is domiciled in Ireland.
My question is - am I liable for UK tax on this, and/or do I need to declare it on a UK tax form? My understanding that as the ETF is domiciled in Ireland I am not, but would like clarification.
Thanks!

This might be a good site for questions of that nature: https://community.hmrc.gov.uk/
Maybe just not today.

No UK tax liability or any declaration required.
The domicile in Ireland reduces the withheld US tax on dividends from 30% to 15%.
