Hi,

My EE account should've had extra security checks due to previous attempts of fraud. I did receive a text message saying to contact them if the request to port wasn't from myself, I did so within an hour.
Despite this the next day my number went over and items were purchasd using my bank account.

I've spent quite a few hours trying to get an explanation from them , but keep getting passed from pillar to post. Two employees have promised to contact me, neither have. I have no point of contact or complaint reference number

I consider the above systemic incompetence and completely unacceptable.

Has anyone any idea of the best way to complain? I have made a privacy request for call logs etc

Download the Compaints Code of Practice from this web page: Regulatory documents and codes of practice | EE

It has all the information you need to make a complaint in it.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
