Faster Payments slow today

I've made three faster payments from Nationwide this morning and none have yet arrived. I wonder if the fact it is payday for many slows things down?

Who are the receiving bank(s)? In any case, keep in mind that anything sent as a "faster payment" can actually take up until the end of the following business day to be received, or even longer if it is held for checks. I wouldn't worry too much personally.0

I would complain if payments made between your own current accounts take any time at all.
It's usually that your sending bank has blocked the payments, it often takes me three phone calls to sort out.1 -
