1) The prize is for two people and comprises:

a) Travel allowance of £100 per person; and

b) A 14-night Mediterranean cruise aboard the Sky Princess, departing from Southampton on 5th May 2024 (returning to Southampton on 19th May 2024). Please see more information on the cruise itinerary here. Inclusions:

c) 1 x Balcony Stateroom (to be shared by winner and guest);

d) Full board dining (excludes speciality restaurants in which a cover charge will apply);

e) Entertainment;

f) Princess Plus Fare which includes the Plus Drinks Package, Wi-Fi and crew gratuities; and 

g) Princess Medallion Class experience. 

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent.

3) The prize is available on set dates only, from 5th May 2024 to 19th May 2024. No other dates are available.

4) The prize winner and their guest must have a full valid passport (with validity for 6 months or more beyond the date of travel). It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companion.

5) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. Adequate insurance is a condition of travel.

6) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in to the cruise for security deposit purposes. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that any required vaccinations are up to date.

7) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and their companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

8) The prize excludes drinks, shore excursions, spa treatments, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize. 

9) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the cruise or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

10) Unless otherwise stated, there is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

11) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

12) An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per person (£200 total) and will be made payable to the winner at the time of booking by the prize provider as a BACS transfer. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the prize winner’s responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.

13) Princess Cruises staff are not permitted to enter.

14) The prize winner of the cruise will be bound by Princess Cruises’ booking terms and conditions (visit www.princess.com)

15) Princess Cruises reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion or withdraw the prize where it becomes necessary to do so, including but not limited to where the cruise is cancelled for reasons outside of Princess Cruises’ reasonable control.

16) Princess Cruises will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this competition and to facilitate redemption of prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Princess Cruises' privacy notice at www.princess.com/legal/legal_privacy/
