Hello,
Our vendor has answered one of the questions about how many occupants above 18 years old lives in the property as 1, but we are pretty certain that his girlfriend lives there too.
Should we mention this to our solicitors?

Is it going to make any difference in practical terms? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I would assume that officially there's only 1 tenant but the girlfriend just "stays over" maybe 7 days a week. Would it be better to mention it to the selling agent to say you've noted an error so the vendor can correct it without you being charged £X00 by your solicitor for writing a letter?"Never retract, never explain, never apologise; get things done and let them howl.”

On our paperwork, the seller was named ‘owner’ and her boyfriend was given as ‘occupant’ as his name was not on the title deed, perhaps in same case for you0
