Alternatives to Vanguard that offer partial transfers

Hi all,
I have been diligently saving into my cash ISA for years and now have around £60k. The idea in theory was to keep the ISA wrapper and gradually transfer some of it into a stocks and shares ISA. I really want to use Vanguard but they don't allow partial transfers in. This obviously makes me nervous as it's a lot to invest in one go. Is there any way around this as I now have no idea how to invest it gradually in a stocks and shares ISA? Can I open a number of cash ISAs and do partial transfers of previous tax years allowances in and then move them gradually over to Vanguard or is there an alternative to Vanguard that allows partial transfers in? I really don't want to lose my ISA wrapper.
Thanks
