 Can I appeal against this charge, if so who do I write to?

Charge paid by Autopay. Good guess where it happened, entered zone accidentally and as soon as I suspected I had gone wrong, turned around and left the area.

Location – turned right at roundabout from Wadham Road (west) into Hale End Road (south):

    Whilst you are probably "stuffed", try Pepipoo as they are the ones that deal with penalties from authorities.
