Serving party wall notice to Care home company or owner?

I have recently bought a property next to a residential care home and put in planning permission for an extension. Now the planning permission has been granted and I need to serve the party wall notice. Do I serve it to the care home company or try and find out the person who holds the deed title?

    Serve it to the address, they should contact the freeholder.
