We are having a bathroom built as an extension on our house
What flooring should we get - I am looking at poured resin or vinyl sheets ?
I am disabled - the bathroom is "accessible" so surface must be super grippy

Only that non slip flooring is installed in two community halls I go to so the good stuff has to be available.
One is some sort of vinyl the other is a sort of laminate flooring with a non slip varnish.
It's very non slip - as is the vinyl one in my kitchen but don't know where that comes from
Not sure that it's non slip when wet though.

No disrespect ;) but what about seeing if somewhere like Age UK have information. They tend to be easy to contact.
Or do you know of other people with mobility issues who have wet rooms etc?
There are a lot around me. If I see them I'll ask but it's raining so it won't be as soon as you want it.

The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well

I had non slip porcelain tiles laid in the bathroom for my mum who was disabled. There's numerical slip ratings that indicate how non slip they are. If you go to a good website like Walls and Floors UK you can search specifically for non slip.
We've been very happy with ours. They work well even when wet and they look fab. I was determined to design a glam bathroom for my mum and didn't want it it to look like a care home.

Later, I had a terrace tiled in outdoor versions from the same company - likewise the non slip has functioned very well. They look like slate.

We have Karndean flooring in our house, including bathrooms. It's practically indestructible, and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend it.
