Land Registry details

Wonder if anyone can advise. A house was divided in 2006 into 2 maisonettes and a shop. We bought one of the maisonettes in 2007. I notice on Land Registry that there is no record of the new address's of the maisonettes, the original address of the original house is there as a freehold owned by the people we bought it off. Does the land registry need to be updated? I bought the title plan which shows the maisonettes as separate. The summary title register shows the original owners though it does mention the 2 maisonettes further down. Is this normal?

It sounds like you're just looking at the original freehold title? The properties which were subdivided will be on separate (presumably) leasehold titles.

Thanks yes, but should they still be on the land registry as separate leasehold titles?

Yes, and they (almost certainly) are.
