Replacement Front Door

We bought and had a Rockdoor installed in 2017.

Every year since then the door has warped and we have had to contact the installers (Rockdoor approved) company to contact Rockdoor and get a replacement.

We wait a few months and receive a replacement, I believe Rockdoor themselves have a 10 year guarantee. These installers no longer install Rockdoor.

We are now on 6th/7th door that needs to be replaced.

I have noticed (when replacing the weather bar clips) that the hinges on the door, the screws just spin round and round - so it would seem that the frame is now becoming "unstable" due to the amount of times the door has been taken on/off.

Unfortunately we paid by bank transfer and not credit card so no options there.

Yes we can do another 4 years requesting a replacement but clearly this door was never fit for purpose and we will exceed the 10th year and just have to buy a complete replacement.

Does anyone have any help/advice/been in the same situation?
