Stepchange have stopped my dmp with no warning

I have been away for a week with family, and I have stepchange paying my three creditors 1 pound a month token payments as I’m signed off and on UC with no spare money.
I got home today to a letter dated fhe 26th June, just saying it was notice my direct debit had stopped by them
when I tried login to my dmp it says the dmp has been ended
I have had no calls or emails or prior letters and I only some to them a month ago and they said everything was fine
any ideas?

One of my creditors is new - capital one, and in august they stop their 6 month freeze and quiet acceptance of my token payment so this has come at a Terrible time as I don’t want to go up against them by myself and I was hoping after 6 months they would default it and move it to a credit agency - this is what stepchange explained would be best…. I’ve gone with everything they wanted and suddenly I’ve been kicked off.
I have a lot of mental health issues atm so I’m seriously panicking
any advice or ideas welcome

When you say your creditor is new, does that mean you took out further credit after going into the DMP?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
They should give you an explanation. Don't panic.
Just save the letters you are getting. Maybe post a statement of affairs for us

Token offers are not a good long-term strategy. I suspect you've had 6 months and they now think something like a DRO (which they don't do) would be more appropriate.0 -
