Euro Car Parks - Parking Charge Notice

Hi all, one has received a letter through the post for a parking charge notice, 33 minutes in a car park at a Marks & Spencer (past the opening hours - not sure what the allowed time is, a google search indicates 15 minutes, but will be going to check the signage). It is from Euro Car Parks. Assuming to follow the standard blue text appeal then ignore?

And try a complaint to the M&S manager and the retail park managing agents..

Brilliant, cheers for the response and will do that at M&S.

Reading through other threads on Euro Car Parks, advice seems to go along the lines of don't even bother appealing with Euro Car Parks? Is this right or is it best to do the standard appeal.

You can try beating them at POPLA ; they often lose if you can show the £100 is in small print on the sign.  Also, if it was dark take your photos under the same lighting conditions.
