Involved in write off accident - need help with low insurance offer to replace van

Evening -
We were sat at red traffic lights on a dual carriageway on May 22nd, lots and lots of warning about change to road layout, traffic queues, lights etc but all this made no difference and we were rear ended in our van and sandwiched between two vehicles so a claim which is quite cut and dry as to who's at fault (hes being prosecuted).
We were supplied with a replacement van the next day which was really efficient, and as we were due to go away abroad in the van they gave us permission to take it abroad and we return on the 15th July.
We have just received a call saying we have an offer of money to buy a new van, we had not been told until then that it was a write off although we guessed and now we are told that the replacement van is to be collected on the 18th July.
We have two issues - one is the amount offered is 3300 - I have written to the accident company Kindertons with a list of similar vehicles and the fact that the van had new tyres, full of diesel and was liveried with my business details all which cost and that we can not find any similar or even different replacement for the amount offered and the 2nd issue is we have been given 3 days to find a vehicle.
They've said they are sorry, that its not ideal but once an offer is made they legally have to take the replacement back and leave us with no vehicle and no confirmation of whether we will receive a higher offer -
Does anyone have an suggestions how I can take this further with someone? Swintons our insurance company who use Kindertons are ignoring my requests for help.
Thanks in advance

So you are claiming via an accident management company, they will have instructed an independent engineer who'll have inspected the vehicle and come to the valuation. I'd check with them as to if they are giving that valuation to your insurers to payout under your policy or are passing it to the third party insurers for their consideration.
Sign-writing may not be covered under your policy but would suggest that is presented as a separate head of claim to the third party insurers. Fuel in the vehicle isnt something normally considered but again you could put it forward as a claim to the TPI.
Things like new tyres will have been considered in the valuation by the engineer, the reality is they dont add substantially to the value of a vehicle.1
