police expert and trinity

I  had a mains leak in the kitchen saved only by seven trent as insurance it took nearly a year and the ombudsman to resolve it with trinity absolute nightmare the stress nearly broke my wife and i without water for three weeks had to get buckets from next door and buy drinking water again seven Trent dropped some off children in the house  all i will say is :
i paid more to renew with another company just so i never have to deal with them again i wont go through all the details as you haven't got the stamina  your free to go with who you want you decide if its worth it

    I am very sorry to read that you had such an awful experience with your claim, pete_w_2.

    I hope everything is all sorted out, now. And all repaired properly. 


    It must have taken YOU a lot of stamina to see it through the Ombudsman process. Gathering all the evidence etc. 

    I had to do the same last year and it takes a lot of effort to get it all together. You also have the background worry..... will they find in your favour? 


    I have settled down a bit, now, after my claim, but I think it is something we shall never completely get over. 

    I do wish you and your family all the best and hope you never have another Insurance claim. 

    (I went through two Claim Handling companies, before mine was done properly. Different ones to yours.

    Also, what you said about your wife.... I ended up in the hospital one night, because the stress had made a health condition worse.)
