Identity Fraud

Not certain where to post this but hopefully someone can help

My teenage daughter had her iPhone stolen in London over the weekend, she had just paid for something and pretty much put it down to put her purchase in her bag when it was grabbed
by the time she had realised, the thief had got away and probably accessed all that was on her phone
Her boyfriend contacted me and I immediately put a stop on her debit card, sim card, and changed her email passwords, and some of the accounts that she has. She changed her password as well, but possibly too late and the thief possibly got into her phone

Unfortunately, her provisional driving licence was in the phone as she needed the id to go up into the sky garden.
The police were informed and I have a crime reference number which I have given to the DVLA when applying for another licence

She has registered at CIFAS for protective registration and has signed up for a free account at Experian
her phone details (IMEI)  were also on  Immobilise

Is there anything else that could be done as obviously her name, address, dob etc were on her driving licence?
the phone will be wiped when it eventually connects to the internet, but as I said earlier it's pretty likely they got into it before as it was on

Thanks in advance

I think you've done all you can. If she uses Google Pay or Apple Pay, check her statements carefully for any transactions they managed to put through via contactless before you'd cancelled the cards. If you do spot anything, the bank should reimburse it without too much hassle.

First thing to do with any stolen/lost iPhone is to log into Find My and put the phone into Lost Mode... it's then a brick and nothing can be done to it. You can do it from any other device using the same AppleID very easily and fairly easily on any other computer. You cannot even jailbreak a modern iPhone if its locked up (Apple post fairly proudly that even the FBI with their resources are yet to be able to get into a locked phone without passwords etc)

Just in case you've not got the full story you can also set a telephone number for the person with the phone to call back (if she lost it rather than it being stolen)

Majority of thefts are opportunistic and may be to try to get a few free transactions out of it before lost mode is enacted and then maybe flog the device for a few quid to someone down the pub etc who knows no better.

    That's the unfortunate part.
her phone was unlocked when taken, and I don't have an iPhone so didn't know how to put it in lost mode until some time has passed and I was 150 miles away and on holiday myself

nothing particular on there just photos and apps, as I said her gmail was changed and as soon as I froze her debit card, her apple pay didn't work (I could do that immediately) they may even have watched her put her unlock code in.
As always happened so quickly. I'm just worried about her identity
