@Land_Registry my buyers of my house have submitted LLC1  searches for my house early may and still have not had them back, can I ask why its taking so long and how long it is please as now holding my sale up.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I'm still waiting for a sale to go through on an empty house, searches took 2 months.

its a joke, my friend had a repo in a different local council and went through within 2 weeks on the search, same as when I requested it via the same council

Our Local searches are taking 5 days. So we're quick it seems.

We are at 4.5 weeks now and still waiting ... exchange due to be Friday next week but hoping this doesn't get held up. Frustrating, isn't it?  :#

About time land registry moves all land charges and Con29 data into a central database. Think they have moved some LA’s land charges but it will take them another year or 2 for full migration. Days and weeks for some data that already exists is just way too much.

Surely CON29 data is nothing to do with the Land Registry though? No idea why the English/Welsh haven't moved to getting searches from private providers - we did this in Scotland years ago and the equivalent searches now take a working day or so.
