CGT on UK property form using Spousal Transfer

Hoping someone can please guide on how you fill in the online forms for UK property CGT when using a spousal transfer
Under property acquisition if I put the date and market value of spousal transfer then there is nowhere in the form to record the original purchase price.
I can upload a letter under tax owed explaining the working but the numbers in the form won't tally as value at spousal transfer date is same as sale price.
EG:
Spouse purchases a rental property in 2008 for £80k & spends £10k on improvements
Spouse transfers property to me 3/23 (no gain / no loss) & I sell property 4/23 for £200k
Capital Gain should be £110k (200-80-10) and I can use a previous capital loss to offset that so that no CGT is due.
Thanks
PS- I have asked HMRC and after holding for 80mins I was told a technician would ring me back within a week...

Why are you trying to enter the market value at the time of the transfer? You are correct to say that this was no gain/ no loss. YOUR base cost is now 80k (plus the improvements). That is the entry to be made.
The value at the time of the transfer has no relevance and does not require to be included on the form. And, for what it’s worth, I would not be offering any explanation that isn’t required. If HMRC has an issue they will come back to you.1
