Hello. I need help with my car claim. I was an accident that was third party fault and my car has been declared unrepairable. Insurance want to begin pay out but waiting on my early settlement figure from the finance people who are not responding and their auto reply email says it can take months for a response due to how busy they are. I also have gap insurance who I have made aware and gave consent to speak to my insurance but they have not spoken to them yet. Advice on what to do here so I don’t lose out on money.
