Probably too late for most reading this forum

but given the hassle reported about accessing or shutting down online accounts for deceased relatives, I thought this might be useful to know about in Google's case at least:

The account holder can nominate a person to be able to get access to their account data between 3 to 18 months of inactivity at https://myaccount.google.com/inactive

Anyone know of any similar services for other providers?
