Hello,

My solicitor recently submitted a paper probate application. When I asked why not online, they claimed electronic applications are only available to ‘Direct Descendants’ I’ve had a hunt around online but can’t find anything confirming or not confirming. If anyone can confirm this - please do let me know. Although I am now 5 weeks into the paper application process so nothing can be changed ha.
