Where CGT is due to be paid on an Estate administered by two Executors do they both need to complete a return to pay it or can it be just one Executor? For example, the one who appointed and was the main contact for both Conveyancing Solicitor and Estate Agent.

The executors complete one return in their capacity as executors.
