Wife's pension options

My wife has a NHS pension that she paid into for 4 years from 2012 - 2016
She was working part-time 8 hours per week on minimum pay
So you can imagine that it is pretty pointless...
Does she have an option to cash it in now or is it too late?

It won't be a fortune but better than nothing and will be increased by inflation each year.0 -
