I received yesterday a email from TE demanding  contact from me.
They want me to pay outstanding debt of £6269.85
Within 7 days. 
I haven't been with this company since 15 October 2920.
My balance was zero when I left them.(email to prove)
I tried calling, tells you to leave a message, but message box full.!
Sent them email with evidence attached. With phone number for contact. 
Also tried calling again this morning,  same message. 

Can you tell me how I now proceed please.  Gail

Send a ‘Prove it’ letter by recorded post.

That said, are you sure the letter is from The Administrator for Together Energy and not a third-party (debt collector or ANOTHER). Personally, I would not have given them my telephone number as a genuine claimant would already have it.
