I don't know what that last sentence means, the Claim Form is already complete, but do not fill in any forms.

With a Claim Issue Date of 22nd May, you have until Monday 12th June to file an Acknowledgment of Service.  Do not file an Acknowledgment of Service before 27th May, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 26th June 2023 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

You don't need much more help because anyone here can do this using our resources.

Read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread and read the Template Defence thread so you know NOT to send off forms.

You'll defend by adapting the one by @GolfR12

They'll discontinue at WS stage. No hearing.

    It's a cinch.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello everyone! I received a letter from CCBC acknowledging receipt of my defence on the 26 June 2023, on the 24 June 2023 I received an email from DCB legal enclosing a copy of the N180 Form. Do I wait for the DQ to arrive or do I need to be proactive and send many forms across? it’s been 50 days since any comms from CCBC and the last thing I want is DCB getting a default judgment. Any advice would be much appreciated.
