Advice Needed - Parking ticket from private parking company

I live in flats and parked in my assigned bay in the residents garage, but my parking permit fell off. I received a PCN from a private parking company who act on the behalf of the Building Residents Association for failing to display my permit. They are not enforcing any penalty to/from my landlord. I’ve appealed but they have now referred me to appeal via POPLA. My tenancy agreement states that I can use the premises which includes ‘any part of the premise and curtilage of the same, together with the garden, garage and parking space’.
Shall I appeal to Popla? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, supply that tenancy agreement as evidence. Does it say you have exclusive rights?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:

What it doesn't say is equally important. Does it or doesn't it say you must show a valid permit?1

I contacted my local MP and they wrote to the PPC on my behalf and both PCN's have now been cancelled.6
