Euro car parks Scotland

Hi,

i received a parking charge notice from euro car parks in scotland.

i ignored it because i have been busy with the birth of a new baby so it was the least important thing to me. I have now received the second letter upping the invoice to £100. 

(Removed by Forum Team) Overstaying by 12 mins on a 3 hour limit in Morrisons.

what is the general advice for scotland regarding this please?

does scotland have keeper liability yet?

is 12 mins generally within their grace period? 

I tried looking at the newbie forum but it is really confusing to understand.
