Travel Insurance-change of medication

We have an annual travel insurance as part of our bank account package. We are both 72 so we pay extra each year and both have one medical issue which is included foc. I have just been diagnosed with other issues which result  in having to take 2 more tablets. my question is when do we need to tell the insurers of this change.

If you have holiday already booked you need to inform them now.  If you don't have anything booked I would inform them when you are at the stage of planning to avoid any nasty shock either with insurance being refused or premium being prohibitive.
