Not sure if I’ve got this right…

Hello

I opened a 0% balance transfer with MBNA for £1200 and have been paying it off. Recently, my rental house boiler went and took  a 0% for 12 month money transfer from MBNA for £2000, from the same card.

I spoke to MBNA(to someone I wasn’t convinced by) and they have said that I won’t be charged interest but I’m worrying I have broken the original agreement of the 0% balance transfer card.

Has anyone ever done this before?

Can’t help with the card thing, but confused by the rental house boiler bit in your post—have you used your own card to pay to fix a boiler?

I don't see any problem here. In your next statement you'll see two separate promotional balances with different expiry dates.

No I took the money transfer to pay for it as my bonds don’t expire for a few months yet so made sense… as long as everything is 0%

    Ok that’s grand, thanks.

Ah, you’re the landlord. I read it as you rent a house and paid to fix the boiler, which would have been madness.

What do you want to call them for ?  There is nothing to discuss. You have 2 different 0% promotional offers running at the same time, as simple as.  There T&Cs allow for this and the repayment order shows that all payments made will reduce the first starting transaction so the first BT.
