Missed deadline for claim form UKParking Control and DCB Legal at County Court Business Centre

Hi all, thank you so much for all the advice provided in the newbies thread, it is very helpful and I have tried to understand as much as possible. Although I may still get confused due to Dyslexia and ADHD so please bare with.. any help with forms and details to put / advice will be very much appreciated, thank you.

I really struggle with deadlines and forms and have missed the limited time to reply to the claim form and now yesterday received a very basic dodgy-looking Judgment for Claimant ( in default ), and I just don't know what to do now...

The incident was Jan 2020, 3 years ago! I do not own the car anymore it was scrapped early of 2021 and changed address 3 times since, but they have somehow found my new address every time, even when I own a new car now with different number plate reg and updated log book driving license etc.

Ordered to Pay: £313.64 !!
14 day early pay discount when UKPC letter first received. = £40, otherwise reduced sum of £60, or full amount £100..

Parking Charge Issued: 11/01/2020 with cctv of car entering in daylight from the back with number plate clear with time and date and exit cctv of the car not visible apart from lumiated number plate from the front with clear image and date/time (previous letters received and ignored.)

Claimant : UK Parking Control Limited

Name and Address for payment: DCB Legal Ltd

In The: County Court Business Centre

Claim form issue date: 28 MAR 2023
Amount claimed: £205.72
Court fee: £35
Legal representatives £50
Total amount £290.72

Judgment for claimant: Dated 21 APR 2023, received 25/4/23.
Total amount due: £313.64

Where? Retail Park North London

Why? Overstayed parking duration of 1 hour 5 minutes. 3 hour parking limit and offence was 4 hours 5 total.

They have not included Defendants DOB on letter. Neither company has received any infomation or response from myself, no confirmation of driver or owner of vehicle, nothing.

Judgment for claimant - Warning given of my goods may be removed and sold, or other enforement proceedings may be taken against you.
Letter included details the judgment will be entered in a public register and credit agency.

Before I received this letter yesterday, I had seen a thread for a 5 year chase with DBLegal, and with all the advice i had read I was ready to email the company owners such as costa and sports direct to try and get them to cancel it (although it may be too far gone for them as it's with the court now)

I also think this is what I needed to do from the advice read before receiving the recent Judgment for Claimant, please correct me / provide an order to do things if i am incorrect, thank you.

Email shop owners / businesses for the harassment template
Request a SAR
Edit defence template paragraphs 2+3
and can't remember what else...

but seeing as I missed the deadline and received a new letter just requesting the amount, all that may not be worth doing? I haven't seen anything if this happens, but I could have missed this advice sorry.
What do I do now? The list above from the advice in the thread? or a lot different now as the deadline has gone and a new letter received?? I'm confused...

I already have a CCJ which I didn't know about until I had a credit check for a recent flat move in September and had to pay it with no arguments/defence due to the time limit to move flats, given for overstaying in the hospital car park.
I have also just been refused an appeal at another court issue with Islington Borough for going down a permit holders road near the Emirates stadium, I never saw the signs whilst looking for my destination lost. Now expected to pay £195, so any advice for that please help lol.

I am currently signed off work due to physical injury and mental health concerns / PTSD and on UC, with a huge overdraft owed. I cannot afford representatives or fines. High anxiety and the thought of possibly having to go to court is not something I would like to be in...

I just want to ignore this but know I can't.. grateful to receive any help!

Thank you for your time

Unfortunately, you are too late to do anything about this CCJ. It has been issued and short of paying it in full within 30 days, it is going to be on your credit record for the next 6 years. If the claim had been served at a wrong address, for example, then you may have had a chance to get it set-aside and defended.

Almost every UKPC/DCB Legal claim defended here either win at court or are discontinued before ever getting there. This would have been an easy win for you if you'd only defended the claim in time.
