private parking notice

Hi, On the 26th July 2022 I received a parking notice on a retail park, the recoveries firm is BW legal. They have sent me a Letter of Claim ,they have told me the balance is £160
they are saying the estimated claim would be the principal debt £160
                                                                               Estimated interest £9.05
                                                                               Estimated Court Fees £35
                                                                               Estimated Solicitors Cost £50.00
                                                                                Total cost £254.05

I have sent a letter to who I think is the landowner (its difficult to find this out) and a letter to my MP
I have not said who was the driver of the car. 
My problem is I will need to send a Hold instruction to BW legal  around the 11th of May so I will get more time but I am on holiday till the 16th May , do I send it earlier?
I am having a lot of trouble getting on the newbies thread .

Will you have access to the internet whilst away? If so, just email your holding response whilst away. Alternatively, most modern email systems have a function for delaying the sending of an email until a specified date and time. You could prepare the response and attach it to the email and arrange for it to be sent on whatever specified day you want.

Why do you need more time?

Is this about the same incident on the 26th of July 2022 from another thread you have about about G24, and about your other thread concerning a PCN from G24?

thank you all for your responses. I have asked my daughter- in - law to send the Email for me.
I really struggle with computer's.  I will try to remove one of the threads.
