Fancy spending the night of Fri 26 May with three of your besties at two of the must-see events at this year’s Norfolk & Norwich Festival – both in the fabulous Adnams Spiegeltent?

A highlight in the Norfolk cultural calendar for some 250 years, the festival brings together local talent and artists from across the world for 17 days of eclectic events spanning music, theatre, literature, visual arts, circus and dance, including lots for families and stacks of free stuff.

Held across the county from 12 to 28 May, the festival spills into public spaces, city streets, performance venues, parks, forests and beaches – plus, of course, centre stage at the Adnams Spiegeltent in Chapelfield Gardens, Norwich.

One lucky Muddy reader can win four tickets to two of the festival’s highlights, Le Coup and Dowdelin, on the final Friday of the festival, 26 May, both taking place in the Adnams Spiegeltent. This night of revelling also includes a pizza and a drink each.

Headlining for 10 nights, circus show Le Coup is raucous vaudevillian adventure with international troupe Chelsea McGuffin & Co (above). Expect sword swallowing, daring aerial feats, tap dancing and acrobatics, all with a live bluegrass band.

Afro-jazz funk four-piece Dowdelin (above) is performing at the festival for one-night only. This seriously cool, late-night gig promises fragmented electronic sounds and jazz with music from the French West-Indies.
