Terms & Conditions – Jet2holidays Grab a Getaway Prize Draws

These prize draws are promoted by Jet2holidays Limited (registered number: 04472486) whose registered office

is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2holidays",

"we" or “us”). By entering a prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:

1. There will be five different prize draws which represent Jet2holidays’ brands (Jet2CityBreaks, Indulgent

Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and Jet2holidays). Each prize draw opens at 00:01 on 6 April 2023 and closes at

23:59 on 10 April 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”). An entrant may enter any of the prize draws as many times

as they like, however, the same entrant cannot win more than one prize across all five of the prize draws. If

the same entrant is randomly selected for more than one prize, they will be awarded the first prize that they

were selected for, and any other prizes will be awarded to another entrant who will be randomly selected from

the remaining valid/correct entries that were received.

2. Entrants to a prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged

18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays, Jet2.com Limited (“Jet2.com”), Jet2 plc or any

companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each

case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.

3. Each entrant will receive a promotion code for money off a Jet2holiday by email with their confirmation of

registration. Please see below the ‘Money Off Promotion Terms’ for the terms which will apply to the

promotional code.

How to enter:

4. To enter a prize draw you must register and enter on the Easter “Grab a getaway” within the Jet2 app (you will

need to download the Jet2 app if you do not already have this) and follow the instructions below before the

closing time and date detailed in paragraph 1 above.

5. Pre-Registration: Users can pre-register from 12:00:00 (midday) on 3

rd March 2023 by entering their email

address into the grab a getaway pre-register form within the Jet2 app. Doing so will result in receiving a push

notification once the prize draws are live to enter, and by doing so they will also receive 8 coins (“Preregistration Coins”). These 8 Pre-registration Coins will be available to use across the Prize Draw Period. Preregistration will close at 23:59:00 5th March 2023.

6. Entry Rules: If an entrant does not pre-register, they may register at any time within the Prize Draw Period.

After registering, entrants will be provided with 8 coins to use on that day (“Standard Coins”, which are separate

to the 8 Pre-registration Coins that an entrant will receive if they have pre-registered). Entrants can use their

Pre-registration Coins (where applicable) and Standard Coins on any of the prize draws by selecting which

draw they would like to use their coins on. Coins can be used on the 'claw machine' and the claw machine will

return either a random number of prize draw entries for the currently selected prize draw OR nothing. Once

the user has used all their coins they can no longer use the claw machine.

7. Earning bonus coins: A user can earn bonus coins by sharing a unique code. (Example: User A navigates

to the share screen within the app and shares their unique code with user B. When user B enters that code

during registration (or into the share screen if they are already registered) both users (A and will receive

10 bonus coins (“Bonus Coins”). Users can only enter 1 code into their account, earning a maximum of 10

Bonus Coins for entering a code. The number of Bonus Coins that a user can earn by other users entering

their share code into each of their individual accounts is unlimited. There is no limit to the number of Bonus

Coins. Bonus Coins can be used on the ‘claw machine’ to gain an additional random number of prize draw

entries OR nothing).

8. Coin rules: Unused Standard Coins cannot be rolled over into another day of the Prize Draw Period and a

maximum of 8 new Standard Coins are rewarded each day. A user cannot have more than 8 Standard Coins

on any one day of the Prize Draw Period. For example, if an entrant has 8 Standard Coins on the first day of

the Prize Draw Period but they only use 2 Standard Coins, then if they choose to enter into a subsequent day

of the Prize Draw Period, only the 2 used Standard Coins will be replaced so that their total is brought back up

to 8 Standard Coins. In total, if a user uses all of their Standard Coins each day of the Prize Draw Period, they

can earn 40 Standard Coins across the Prize Draw Period. Pre-Registration Coins and Bonus Coins will not

be replenished once they have been used.

9. Jet2holidays shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the

closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.

Choosing a Winner:

10. There will be one lucky winner of each prize draw. A winner cannot win more than one prize across the Prize

Draw Period.

11. The winner for each prize draw will be selected at random using a computer-generated process with the

number of entries that a user has earned weighting the outcome.

12. The winners of the prize draws will be notified via email after the prize draws close. We will try our best to

contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve

the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.

13. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of having been notified. If a

winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the

valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize.

14. We will send the prize winners an email asking for further details about them to publicise the win. If we do not

receive a response, for transparency, we will generally publish the first name, first letter of surname and county

of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce

the amount of information we publish, then please let us know when claiming your prize.
