ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Tuesday 4 April 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Tuesday 25 April 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of a seven-night holiday for the winner and up to three (3) companion(s) at Hemsby Beach Holiday Park. The prize includes accommodation based on four (4) people sharing a Platinum Lodge with hot tub.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in for security deposit purposes.

The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 23 October 2024 (subject to availability) and cannot be taken during the following blackout dates: 1 November 2023 and 31 March 2024 (inclusive).

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize also includes travel allowance of £200 (two hundred pounds) which will be made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The prize excludes transport to and from Hemsby Beach Holiday Park, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
