Travel Insurance renewal with additional diagnosis

My Wife has just received her renewal notice for her Annual Travel Policy. During the term of the policy she got diagnosed with SVT  (Which was declared back to the Insurer) to add to declared cancer treatment from seven years ago. The cancer has been all clear for seven years and the SVT is presently no issue manage by medication. 

On declaring the SVT during the Policy, one thing that the Insurer removed cover for was the worse case situation and recovery back home. We assume it is the same for the renewal

We understand we are unlikely to get cover for cancer and SVT. What advice would forumites offer to look the get cover for return to the UK in the worse case. A broker? Specialist companies? Insurer that would offer a medical and then cover maybe? Another option?
